Please note that the Swiss Postal service works with a weight but also size system.

All specimens larger then 2 cm are considered as "small parcels" which unfortunately triples the shipping fees.

COMBINED SHIPPING 

I do combine shipping to keep shipping fees low (if you purchase multiple items with one order I offer a shipping discount).

I ship the next business day after payment received.

SHIPPING FEES

Depending on your location and the size / weight of the item.

Up to 100 g and 2 cm thickness:

PRIORITY SHIPPING EUROPE: USD 4.-- 

PRIORITY SHIPPING OVERSEAS: USD 5.--

Over 2 cm, 100 g to 500 g:

ECONOMY SHIPPING EUROPE: USD 10.--

ECONOMY SHIPPING OVERSEAS: USD 12.--

For multiple items or large ones I have to calculate shipping fees. Please contact me if you like to purchase multiple specimens.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with the purchased item, please return it within 14 days. 

Shipping fees are not refundable. The buyer has to pay postal fees to return the item. You may ask for a similar item in exchange (shipping fees paid by the buyer). Should the specimen get lost by the postal service or refused / confiscated by custom authorities, please contact me to find an acceptable solution for both parties.
